We call this our decaf espresso, but in reality, this coffee is delicious in any brew method. If it didn't say on the label, you wouldn't know it was decaf — sweet yet well balanced and works perfectly with or without milk.
Our Guatemalan decaf will satisfy your thirst for flavour, without having you jittering into the evening. You'll find sweet apple acidity as well hazelnut and chocolate sweetness.
Las Terrazas is situated in a valley in the region of Huehuetenango — the valley shields the farm from extreme weather conditions and creates its own stable microclimate. Large parts of the farm are wild and protected forests, which helps prevent soil erosion and limit exposure of the coffee plants to the wind — a sustainable permaculture model that recreates coffee's natural habitat in high altitude forests.
