Impact Report

We're now just over halfway through 2025 and the deadline for the seven goals we set in our 2024 Impact Report is fast approaching. We've been making good progress on the goals, but there's still work that needs to be done. Here is an update on what we've achieved so far this year. 

At Mission Coffee Works, we believe in more than just brewing exceptional coffee. Making sure that we do our part to look after the planet, empower our people, and support our local communities is incredibly important to us. From bean to cup, we strive to minimise our negative impact and maximise our positive contributions to all of our communities; from our team, to our retail and wholesale customers, to the farmers we buy coffees from. We’re determined to create an environment that helps create progress for all.

This impact report is our first ever and it is very much a baseline report to help us set our targets for the future. We believe in being transparent and in sharing our journey with our communities. So, brew a cup and take a read.
