Meet the trainers
In the Mission team, there are two who are even more geeky about coffee than the rest of us.
Marcello, head of wholesale and education, holds near every single SCA certificate under the sun. He is a qualified Q grader, SCA judge, and AST. Marcello leads our professional training and also offers courses for home baristas.
Edgaras, head of coffee, knows everything you need to know about roasting, sourcing, and brewing too. He will lead some of our courses for home baristas.
What to expect
All our courses, whether it's for professionals or home baristas, are centered around hands-on experiences. You get to understand the theory but really deepen your knowledge and skills through practical tasks guided by the team.
Oh and there will be coffee - as much as you can drink.
