Honduras Meets Kenya: A Processing Trilogy

Regular price £44.00

One Kenyan variety. One Honduran producer. Three distinct interpretations.

Honduras Meets Kenya: A Processing Trilogy brings together three unique expressions of the same coffee: SL28, a celebrated variety most commonly associated with Kenya, grown here in the very different terroir of Honduras by producer Evin Joel Moreno.

Finding SL28 in Honduras is already something special — this variety is far more familiar in East Africa than Central America — but this bundle takes the story even further. The same lot has been processed three different ways: washed, honey, and natural, offering a rare opportunity to taste how processing transforms sweetness, body, acidity, and fruit character.

Together, the three coffees create a side-by-side exploration of variety, place, and process.
