Impact Report 2025

2025 was the year we really got started on our work towards making a positive impact on our many different communities. Our impact report from last year has worked as a baseline and guidance to help us navigate our priorities. 

At Mission Coffee Works, we believe in more than just brewing exceptional coffee. Making sure that we do our part to look after the planet, empower our people, and support our local communities is incredibly important to us. From bean to cup, we strive to minimise our negative impact and maximise our positive contributions to all of our communities; from our team, to our retail and wholesale customers, to the farmers we buy coffees from. We’re determined to create an environment that helps create progress for all.

This impact report is our first ever and it is very much a baseline report to help us set our targets for the future. We believe in being transparent and in sharing our journey with our communities. So, brew a cup and take a read.
